The point of sale you talk to
Kaha is the counter app for sari-sari stores, eateries and cafes. Say “dalawang coke at isang piattos” and it rings up, counts the change, takes stock out and remembers who owes what.
A day at the counter
Kaha opens straight to selling. Yesterday’s numbers, what is running low, and the reminder you set to order rice.

Sell on credit, record cash loans and payments, see who is overdue, and get reminded on payday.
Scan packaged goods, or print Kaha QR labels for loose items on A4 or 58 mm paper.
Snap a product or a whole price list. Kaha AI reads the names and asks you for the prices.

Today’s sales, best sellers, profit, busiest hours and what runs out next. Ask in plain words, “benta ngayon?”, and close the day with a report you can share.
Anyone can sell. Price changes, voids, reports and settings ask for the owner’s PIN or fingerprint.
Selling, scanning, stock and reports run on the phone. No signal needed.
Pair a 58 mm Bluetooth LE thermal printer (ESC/POS) and print order slips after each sale.
Bulk prices
Rice is ₱57 a kilo, and a 25 kg sack is ₱1,375. Set it once on the product, or just tell Kaha: “bigas, 25 kilos 1375, 250 kilos 13,000”. From then on the price follows the quantity.
220 kg more reaches the 10 sacks price.
